Return & Exchange Policy

At House of DeeravishinG each creation is crafted with intention, precision and devotion to timeless beauty. As many of our pieces are made-to-order and tailored to our clients, we maintain a policy that honors both the integrity of our craftsmanship and the exclusivity of our House.

Exchange & Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Any request submitted after the 5-day period will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

House of DeeravishinG does not offer refunds.

Instead, approved returns will be issued in the form of a store voucher (credit) equal to the value of the returned item.

Store Credit (Voucher)

  • Valid for future purchases only
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our creations, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Pieces made to specific measurements
  • Items purchased during exclusive promotions or limited releases

Return Process

To initiate a return, clients must contact us within the 5-day window at:

Once your request is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided
  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We will ensure the matter is resolved with care and priority.
